DiodesZetex DZ9F18S92-7 is an ultra-small surface mount Zener diode providing a nominal Zener voltage of 18V and a maximum power dissipation of 200mW. Configured in a 2-pin SOD-923 package, this diode is engineered for modern electronic applications where compactness and efficient thermal management are essential.
