Littelfuse RHEF050 is a 0.5 A Resettable Fuse designed for protection of electrical and electronic circuits against excessive currents. It operates at 30V with a hold current of 0.5 A and a fast trip response time of 2.5 seconds. The device features radial lead orientation and compact dimensions measuring 7.4mm in length, 12.7mm in height, and 3mm in width.
The fuse utilizes PolySwitch™ PTC technology, enabling automatic reset thousands of times without manual replacement. Its rapid transition from low resistance to high resistance effectively protects circuits during overloads or short circuits, returning to the low resistance state once the fault is corrected and power is removed, thereby ensuring reliable protection and minimal downtime.
