Infineon 1ED3322MC12NXUMA1 is a high-performance MOSFET gate driver providing a peak output current of up to 8.5 A, housed in a 16-pin PG-DSO-16 package and designed for 5 V operation. This EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced single-channel isolated gate driver features galvanic isolation through a coreless transformer, which enhances system safety and noise immunity in industrial, power management, and electronic applications.
The device incorporates advanced protection features including short-circuit detection (DESAT), soft-off, and an active Miller clamp that prevents unwanted turn-on, thus improving reliability and protecting the MOSFET or IGBT switches.
