HARTING 02021602301 DIN 41612 female connector is a high-performance backplane and rack connector designed for industrial electronics and power connections. This connector features 160 contacts arranged in 5 rows (B, D, C, Z, A) with a standard 2.54 mm pitch compatible with IEC 61076-4-113. Its press-in termination and through-hole mount type facilitate secure and reliable PCB installation for demanding industrial and manufacturing applications.
The contact plating consists of gold over nickel, enhancing electrical conductivity and resistance to corrosion, while the copper alloy contacts provide robust durability. The high-grade liquid crystal polymer housing material ensures excellent mechanical strength and high temperature resistance ranging from -55°C up to 125°C.
This connector operates at a current rating of 1 ampere per contact and maintains a maximum contact resistance of 30 milliohms to guarantee low loss connections. The har-bus 64 series is originally designed for VME64 bus systems and maintains full backward compatibility with legacy DIN 41612 Type C connectors, making it suitable for retrofit upgrades and new installations.
Key features include pressfit sockets that facilitate easier assembly and production, which is critical for industrial, manufacturing, instrumentation, and electronic subsystem applications. The connector's female contact gender and 5-row configuration enable it to serve complex wiring requirements in automation, control panels, and electronic racks.
Complies with IEC 61076-4-113 DIN 41612 standards. 5 rows with 160 female contacts for high density connections. Press-in termination type with through-hole mount for durability. Gold over nickel plating reduces electrical resistance and corrosion.
Liquid crystal polymer housing offers thermal and mechanical stability. Current rating of 1A per contact for signal or low power applications. Operational temperature range from -55°C to 125°C for harsh environments. Maximum contact resistance of 30 milliohms ensures signal integrity.
Suitable for industrial automation, manufacturing, and electronic modules. Manufactured in Germany under rigorous quality controls.
For detailed integration and engineering design, download applicable technical documents and 3D models to facilitate PCB layout and mechanical assembly. This product fits within the DIN 41612 Connector family widely used in power supply, electronic equipment, communication, and control systems.
