Product Description
STMicroelectronics L6470H is a fully integrated stepper motor driver IC capable of driving two-phase bipolar stepper motors with microstepping control and SPI communication interface. It is engineered using an analog mixed-signal technology to offer precise current control through built-in sensing circuits and low RDS(on) power DMOS outputs.
