The diode offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 W (10/1000 µs waveform) and an impressive 2.5 kW (8/20 µs), allowing it to withstand heavy transient events effectively.
Operating voltage ranges include a minimum breakdown voltage of 34.2 V and a maximum reverse stand-off voltage of 31 V, with a typical clamping voltage of 65 V to limit voltage spikes.
Its uni-directional configuration and low leakage current of 0.2 μA at room temperature make it ideal for protecting unidirectional circuits with minimal power dissipation. The maximum operating temperature reaches up to 175 °C, ensuring reliable protection even in harsh industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics environments.
