STMicroelectronics T3035H-6G is a surface mount 3-pin TRIAC rated for 600 V with a gate trigger voltage of 1 V, designed specifically for robust and efficient control of AC power in industrial and consumer electronics.

With a rated average on-state current (Irms) of 30 A and a high surge current capability of 284 A, this TRIAC can withstand demanding transient loads, making it suitable for controlling inductive loads and universal motors commonly used in power tools and household appliances.
