Samtec SQT-120-01-L-D-RA is a right angle through hole PCB socket with 40 contacts arranged in 2 rows and a 2 mm pitch, designed specifically for board-to-board connections in demanding industrial and electronic applications. It features Tiger Buy 0.5 mm square contacts plated with 0.25 μm of gold on contact areas and matte tin plating on PCB tails, ensuring excellent electrical performance and durability.

The connector housing is made from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) material which provides mechanical strength and excellent resistance to high temperature, with an operating range from -55 °C to 125 °C. The socket offers a current rating of 5.5 A at 20 °C and is rated for voltages up to 450 V, suitable for various industrial electronics and power applications.

This through hole mount connector uses solder termination type and is oriented at a right angle to facilitate compact PCB layout designs.
