Product Description
TE Connectivity 2-36149-3 PIDG Insulated Ring Terminal is a high-quality crimp terminal designed for secure and uniform electrical connections. It supports wire sizes ranging from 22 AWG to 16 AWG and fits an M3.5 stud size. The terminal features a precision-formed copper body with a copper sleeve inside the barrel to provide enhanced wire insulation support and prevent fraying. This design, combined with serrations in the wire barrel, ensures excellent contact and tensile strength after crimping.
The terminal is insulated with a durable nylon sleeve in green and red colors for easy identification of wire size and tooling. The funnelled entry design facilitates fast wire insertion, which is ideal for high-speed production environments.
