Hirose FX18-120P-0.8SV10 is a FunctionMAX FX18 Series straight surface mount PCB header designed with 120 male contacts arranged in 2 rows at a precise 0.8 mm pitch. It has a shrouded housing made from polyamide resin ensuring robust mechanical and electrical performance.
This board-to-board connector supports high-speed transmission rates exceeding 10 Gbit/s and complies with PCI-Express Ver. 2.0 standards, making it suitable for demanding industrial, medical, telecommunication, and measurement equipment applications.
The phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold provide exceptional conductivity and corrosion resistance. These connectors incorporate multifunctional contacts that include grounding adjacent to differential pairs for reduced crosstalk, power contacts capable of delivering up to 3 A per pin relieving signal contacts from power load, and three-step sequential contacts for grounding and detection functions.
Additional features include six through-hole pins that enhance retention force on the PCB and improve resistance against mechanical stress.
