Infineon 1ED3491MU12MXUMA1 is a high performance MOSFET gate driver from the EiceDRIVER Enhanced 1ED34xx X3 analog family. It supports a peak output current of ±9 A, optimizing switching speed and efficiency in power electronics circuits. The driver comes in a 16-pin DSO-16 package and operates at a fixed supply voltage of 6.5 V.

Designed for industrial and automotive-grade applications, this gate driver accommodates IGBTs, Si and SiC MOSFETs with voltage ratings up to 2300 V, providing versatility across medium to high power electronics use cases.
