onsemi NCV8165ML330TCG Voltage Regulator 5.5V DFNW 8-Pin is an advanced low dropout (LDO) regulator designed for industrial and automotive applications requiring stable low-noise power delivery and efficient performance.
This device supports a maximum output current of 500 mA and operates within an input voltage range of 1.9V to 5.5V, providing excellent line and load transient response. The regulator achieves ultra high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 85dB at 1 kHz and 63dB at 100 kHz, alongside ultra low output noise of 8.5 μVRMS, making it suitable for sensitive RF and analog circuitry.
With an ultra-low quiescent current of only 12 μA, the NCV8165 is well-suited for battery-powered and low power dissipation applications such as Wi-Fi modules, camera modules, audio codecs, and other portable electronics.
