The onsemi NCP167AMX330TBG is a high-performance low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed to provide a stable 5.5 V output with ultra-low noise and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). This 4-pin XDFN package device is optimized for RF and analog circuit applications, featuring a compact footprint of 1 mm x 1 mm and a low profile height of 380 µm.
It supports an input voltage range from 1.9 V to 5.5 V and can supply up to 700 mA of output current, making it ideal for power-sensitive and noise-sensitive equipment such as Wi-Fi modules, audio codecs, camera modules, RF modules, and battery-powered devices.
