Product Description
Littelfuse Q4025L6TP is a through hole 3-pin TRIAC designed for robust AC switching and phase control applications. It features a rated average on-state current of 25A and a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 400V, making it suitable for motor speed modulation, temperature controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays.
The device comes in a TO-220 package with glass-passivated junctions, enhancing reliability and longevity in industrial and commercial environments. It can withstand surge currents up to 250A and has a peak gate power dissipation of 0.5W, ensuring stable operation under switching loads.
This TRIAC operates within a broad temperature range from -25°C to 125°C, allowing it to perform effectively in demanding operating conditions. The gate trigger voltage of 2.5V and trigger current of 80mA provide precise control for switching phases.
Typical applications include AC solid-state switches, industrial power tools, exercise equipment, home appliances, and commercial devices. The alternistor TRIs variant enables operation in quadrants I, II, and III, providing high dv/dt capability and commutation performance for inductive loads.
The Q4025L6TP's compact height of 15.75 mm and length of 10.67 mm make it suitable for space-constrained PCB designs. This product is manufactured in China and delivered in new condition.
Rated max average current 25A. Surge current rating of 250A for transient loads. TO-220 through hole package allows easy heat sinking. Peak on-state voltage of 1.4V for efficient switching. Repetitive peak off-state current at 5mA reduces leakage.
No automotive standard approval but ideal for industrial use. No special certifications but designed to industrial quality. Explore the full Littelfuse TRIAC range and related semiconductor components on EnvMart for your industrial and commercial electronics needs.
