Product Description

The NVE IL611A-3E is a high-performance 2-Channel Digital Isolator designed to provide galvanic isolation with a maximum data rate of 10 Mbps and an isolation voltage of 2.5 kVrms. It operates on a 5.5 V supply voltage and is enclosed in an 8-pin SOIC surface mount package, measuring 5 mm in length, 1.75 mm in width, and 6.2 mm in depth.

This device leverages NVE's patented IsoLoop® spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology, enabling superior noise immunity and high-speed digital signal transmission with low power consumption. The isolator supports a propagation delay time of 25 ns and a rise time of 10 μs, allowing it to be used in fast-switching digital circuits.

Designed for robust industrial applications, the IL611A-3E operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. The device has a maximum forward voltage of 7 V and a maximum input current of 75 mA, ensuring reliable operation under demanding circuit conditions.
