onsemi NCV1117DTARKG is a surface mount positive voltage regulator designed for stable operation in electronic circuits, with a maximum input voltage of 20V and 3-pin configuration.

This low dropout (LDO) linear regulator offers an output current exceeding 1A and includes features such as current limit and thermal shutdown protection, ensuring reliable and safe operation under varying load conditions.
