Product Description

Toshiba TLP293(BL,E(T is a DC input phototransistor optocoupler designed for surface mounting in a compact 4-pin SO package. It integrates a phototransistor optically coupled with an infrared LED, providing excellent electrical isolation with a guaranteed isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms. The device operates reliably over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

This optocoupler features a maximum forward voltage of 1.4 V and supports an input current up to 50 mA.
