The Isocom H11L1 DC Input Optocoupler is designed as a high-performance, reliable isolation device intended for industrial and electronic applications requiring electrical separation between input and output stages.
This unit features a Gallium Arsenide infrared LED coupled with a microprocessor compatible Schmitt Trigger output stage in a standard 6-pin dual in-line package (DIP). It supports fast switching speeds with typical rise and fall times of 0.1 μs and 0.5 μs respectively, which allow data rates up to 1 MHz (NRZ format).
Electrical isolation up to 5 kVrms ensures safety and noise immunity in harsh industrial environments. The device is compatible with a wide supply voltage range and can sink 16 mA output current at a maximum of 0.4 V output voltage, interfacing easily with common logic circuits.
