The Infineon TLE7268SKXUMA1 is a dual LIN 2.2 / SAE J2602 transceiver designed for automotive Local Interconnect Network (LIN) applications requiring data rates up to 20 kbps. It integrates two independent transceivers, each capable of acting as a bus driver between the protocol controller and physical LIN bus.
This transceiver supports power saving modes with normal, standby, and sleep modes, in sleep mode drawing a quiescent current below 10 µA while remaining responsive to wake-up signals on the LIN bus. It features a common INH output for external circuitry control such as voltage regulators.
