Infineon 1EDN7126GXTMA1 MOSFET Gate Driver is a single-channel gate-driver IC delivering 1.5 A output current in an 11-pin PG-VSON-10 package. Designed primarily for driving CoolGaN™ HEMTs, it is also fully compatible with other Schottky Gate GaN HEMTs and Silicon MOSFETs, making it versatile for various power management applications.
This driver features a truly differential input (TDI) that controls the output state exclusively based on the voltage difference between inputs, effectively eliminating false triggering caused by ground bounce in low-side applications. It supports high common-mode input voltages up to 150 V static and 200 V dynamic, enabling both low-side and high-side operational flexibility.
The driver accepts input logic levels of 3.3 V or 5 V and incorporates an active Miller clamp with 5 A sink current to prevent undesired turn-on due to gate charge. The adjustable charge pump allows for a negative turn-off supply voltage, enhancing switching performance and device reliability.
