Infineon 1EDN7136GXTMA1 MOSFET Gate Driver is a single-channel driver IC optimized to deliver 1 A output current with an 11-pin PG-VSON-10 package, operating at a stable 11V supply voltage. It is engineered to drive MOSFETs and CoolGaN™ HEMTs, featuring a truly differential input (TDI) that controls the output state by the voltage difference between two inputs, independent of ground potential.
This design eliminates false triggering caused by ground bounce in low-side configurations and allows operation in high-side applications while handling fast switching transient robustness.
The gate driver supports a minimum operating temperature of -40°C and a maximum of 125°C, making it suitable for industrial and power management semiconductor applications requiring reliable operation under varying thermal conditions.
Additionally, it features a fast fall time of 5.5 ns for responsive switching and includes an active Miller clamp with 5 A sink capability to avoid induced turn-on, enhancing performance in power electronics.
The device is compatible with 3.3 V or 5 V input logic and includes adjustable charge pump for negative turn-off supply voltage. It is qualified according to JEDEC standards but not certified for automotive use.
