Product Description

Electrotherm LKM 273 is a precision digital measuring transducer configured for Pt100 and Pt1000 temperature sensors, providing an output current of 4 to 20 mA for industrial temperature monitoring and control applications.

The device is designed for easy installation on a 35 mm top hat DIN rail and supports 13 selectable measuring ranges between -100°C and 600°C via 4 DIP switches, allowing precise adaptation to various process requirements.

The transducer automatically detects the connected sensor type (Pt100 or Pt1000) and supports both 2-wire and 3-wire sensor configurations. It includes a zero point controller for fine calibration adjustments.

Engineered for reliability, the LKM 273 operates in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 70°C and is housed in a compact enclosure measuring 75x25x53 mm. The device features screw clamps compatible with 0.2 to 2.5 mm² wire sizes, ensuring secure and stable electrical connections.

With a linearity error as low as 0.1% full scale and a high resolution of 14 bits, this transducer guarantees accurate and stable temperature readings. It also boasts robust EMC compliance with EN 61326-1:2006 and EN 61326-2-3:2006 standards, suitable for use in industrial, automation, laboratory, HVAC, and manufacturing environments.
