TRACOPOWER THN 15-1221N is an advanced 15 Watt DC/DC converter providing regulated 5V DC output at 1.5A from a wide 9V to 18V DC input range. Encapsulated in a shielded metal package of 25.4mm by 25.4mm by 9.9mm, this through-hole mounted device offers excellent electrical isolation of 1.6kV DC and high efficiency up to 86%, reducing thermal dissipation and improving reliability.

Designed to operate reliably in harsh environments, the converter supports an extended temperature range from -40°C to +70°C without output derating, making it suitable for industrial, communication, instrumentation, mobile equipment, and distributed power architectures requiring compact, efficient, isolated power supplies.

Its advanced circuitry integrates an EN 55032 class A filter with extremely low no-load input power consumption (96 - 336 mW).
