Product Description
Vishay VOM453T DC Input Optocoupler is a surface mount optocoupler designed for high speed and reliable optical isolation in electronic circuits. It features a gallium aluminum arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photodetector and a high speed transistor output enclosed in an industry standard 5-pin SOP package.
The device is suitable for industrial applications requiring signal isolation such as communication bus isolation and isolated drive circuits like intelligent power module drivers. Its open collector transistor output enables easy interfacing with various logic families including TTL and CMOS.
