Product Description

Toshiba 74VHC573FT is a high-performance 8-bit octal D-type latch available in a 20-pin TSSOP package. This transparent latch IC employs advanced silicon gate C2MOS technology to achieve high speed comparable to Bipolar Schottky TTL devices, while maintaining the advantages of low power consumption typical of CMOS devices.

The latch features an output enable input that places the outputs in a high impedance state when enabled, enhancing bus interfacing capability. Inputs are protected allowing voltages between 0 V and 5.5 V without damage regardless of supply voltage, facilitating mixed voltage system interoperability such as interfacing 5 V and 3 V logic.

Operating voltage range is from 2.0 V to 5.5 V, with a guaranteed operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and automotive environments.
