Display Visions EA DOGS164W-A is a premium LCD Monochrome Display module featuring a 4 x 16 character matrix with white characters on a grey background. This LED-backlit display is engineered for embedded electronics systems requiring compact size and low voltage operations, supporting 3.3 V systems without auxiliary power. Its ultra-flat design measures 66 x 40 mm with a depth of 2.0 mm without backlight and 5.8 mm including the LED backlight.

The display utilizes an SSD1803A controller integrated with graphic RAM to deliver high contrast and sharp character images through a supertwist LCD panel technology. Its communication interfaces include both I2C and SPI protocols, providing flexible integration options with various microcontrollers and embedded platforms.

The LED backlight emits white illumination with a current rating of 45 mA, enhancing visibility across different lighting environments.
