Broadcom HLMP-0301 is a red rectangular through hole LED designed for electronic component applications requiring efficient and reliable light emission. This LED features a high-efficiency GaAsP on GaP chip housed in a light red epoxy package that provides solid state reliability and long operational life.
Its rectangular light emitting surface and flat high intensity diffusion make it ideal for flush-mounted panel indicators and backlighting legends in industrial and commercial electronic devices.
The LED operates at a forward voltage of 1.9 V and dissipates a maximum power of 135 mW, with a maximum forward current rating of 90 mA.
