SMC ZH20DLA-03-04-04 Vacuum Generator is engineered as a compact pneumatic vacuum ejector compatible with tubing materials such as PFA, soft nylon, polyurethane, FEP, and nylon. Designed for continuous operation within industrial temperature ranges from -5°C to 50°C, this vacuum generator efficiently supplies vacuum from compressed air to facilitate component handling and pick-and-place tasks.

The device utilizes a 2.0 mm diameter nozzle that produces a focused vacuum flow, yielding a maximum vacuum pressure of -66 kPa. This ensures reliable gripping of lightweight parts in automated and electronic manufacturing environments. Its air flow rate of 155 liters per minute (ANR) supports rapid process cycles.

Featuring screw-in pneumatic connections with an R3/8 thread for supply and R1/2 thread for exhaust, the unit integrates easily into existing piping systems, offering secure and leak-resistant installation. The vacuum port accepts a range of tubing including nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, FEP, and PFA, accommodating applications with chemical resistance requirements.
