Product Description
Broadcom HCPL-M600-500E AC/DC Input Optocoupler is a single channel, surface mount device housed in a miniature five-lead Small Outline (SO) package. Combining a GaAsP light emitting diode with an integrated high gain photon detector, this optocoupler provides robust AC and DC isolation between input and output circuits while maintaining TTL compatibility.
The output stage consists of an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor offering high-speed switching with typical rise and fall times of 24ns and 10ns respectively, making it suitable for digital and logic gate isolation applications.
