Product Description

Cinch FDA-15PTI2/1 15 Way Straight 2.76 mm Pitch Panel Mount D-Sub Connector Male is engineered for use in demanding industrial, military, and commercial settings requiring high reliability and EMI filtering.

This D-Sub Connector features solder bucket terminals and turned pin contacts with epoxy encapsulated tubular capacitors inserted to provide superior resistance to hazardous environments. Its rear shell is electrolytic nickel while the front shell comprises steel with a bright tin finish, enhancing EMI/RFI shielding through grounding indents on the front shell.

Designed to limit cable-borne electromagnetic interference via a 1000 pF capacitor from each contact to ground, it features gold plated turned pin contacts with high quality machining for optimal connection.

The connector shell size A with 15 contacts supports up to 5A current and withstands voltages up to 200V. It functions efficiently across a temperature range from -25°C to 125°C, meeting UL94V-0 flammability rating.

It is suitable for military, industrial, manufacturing, computer interfaces, and hazardous environment applications where EMI/RFI shielding and robust construction are critical. The contact plating and high-quality materials ensure corrosion resistance and long lifecycle.
