This starter utilizes the star-delta method to reduce starting current for three-phase induction motors, lowering mechanical stresses and electrical load at startup. The assembly includes main, star, and delta contactors along with an adjustable timer that allows for transition timing between star and delta connections, adjustable between 0 to 30 seconds.

Manufactured with Eaton IEC 947-standard components, the starter is pre-configured to operate with Eaton Z00 or ZB thermal overload relays, providing reliable motor protection including single-phasing sensitivity. It supports motors compliant with IE3 efficiency classification.

The starter’s compact open chassis design facilitates easy installation in customized enclosures and direct mounting onto a 35 mm DIN rail, suitable for various industrial and manufacturing applications such as automation, HVAC, and production machinery.
