Eaton 118539 XDRP4/ST(400V50HZ,440V60HZ) Direct On Line (DOL) Starter is designed for controlling 3 phase motors with a power rating of 4 kW and operating voltage of 400V AC. The product features a robust IP55 rated steel enclosure with epoxy paint for excellent protection against dust and water ingress, suitable for industrial and commercial environments.

This reversing DOL starter includes all necessary components such as a triple pole AC-3 rated contactor, a switch disconnector with IP20 terminals, and operator pushbuttons designed for safety and ease of use. The stop pushbutton is mushroom shaped with IP65 rating to resist harsh conditions, and the forward/reverse pushbuttons have flush operators with IP65 rating. A mechanical interlock prevents simultaneous activation of forward and reverse functions.

The enclosure is surface mount type with dimensions 184mm length x 284mm width x 184mm depth, making it suitable for compact installations. The switch disconnector can be locked with up to three padlocks to ensure safe isolation complying with IEE Regulations 16th Edition. It is pre-wired to accommodate Moeller thermal overload relays which provide motor overload and single phasing protection, though the relay itself is to be ordered separately.

The starter is manufactured using Moeller components complying with international IEC standards for isolators, pushbuttons, and contactors, ensuring reliability and safety in operation. It is ideal for industrial motor control, automation systems, HVAC, manufacturing plants, and other industrial applications where reversing motor control is required.
