Eaton 118532 XDP7,5/ST(230V50HZ,240V60HZ) DOL Starter is a high-quality motor starter designed for three-phase motors up to 7.5 kW operating at 230V AC. It features a robust steel enclosure with an IP55 rating, providing comprehensive protection against dust ingress and water jets. This starter complies with IEE Regulations, 16th Edition, ensuring safe isolation and switching capabilities through its integrated isolator and switch disconnector.

The unit includes an AC-3 rated triple-pole contactor and switch disconnector, both equipped with IP20 terminals to maintain high electrical safety standards. The stop pushbutton is mushroom headed with an IP65 rating, optimized for emergency stop functions, while the start pushbutton also features an IP65 flush operator design. The disconnector provides the option to secure the starter with up to three padlocks, enhancing safety during maintenance operations.

This DOL starter is pre-wired to accept Eaton Z00 or ZB thermal overload relays, which offer sensitive single-phasing protection aligned with IEC 947-4 standards.
