Infineon EVALFANXMCPFD7TOBO1 is a high-performance motor drive evaluation board engineered for efficient BLDC and PMSM motor control. Powered by Infineon's CoolMOS PFD7 super junction MOSFET series, this board is optimized for hard-switching circuits with industry-leading reverse recovery time, enhancing efficiency while allowing BOM reduction and heatsink-free operation.
The board is capable of sensorless field-oriented control (FOC) and comes equipped with advanced high-voltage MOSFETs suitable for hard commutation topologies, such as B6 inverter architectures. Users can adjust the switching frequency between 6kHz and 20kHz as well as select between two-phase or three-phase modulation, providing flexibility for various motor drive requirements.
It features a graphical user interface (GUI) which ensures intuitive configuration and ease of monitoring. Components onboard include devices such as 2ED28073J06F, BAT54-03W, BSS138N, BSS314PE, ICE5QR4770AG, IFX1763XEJV50, IPN60R2K0PFD7S, and XMC1302-T038X0200, delivering robust performance and reliability for industrial development.
