The HI2014-1850 is part of the HI2000 Series digital process ORP probes, engineered for robust and reliable oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) measurement in industrial process monitoring and control systems. Featuring a platinum sensor tip and a double ceramic junction, this probe ensures precise and stable ORP readings in demanding chemical and water treatment applications. The chemically resistant PVDF body is designed with a 3/4-inch NPT threaded mount, enabling convenient inline or submersion installation. Integrated Pt100 temperature sensing allows for real-time temperature compensation, critical for high-accuracy ORP monitoring.
With a 50-meter direct connection cable, the probe is suitable for installation across large tanks or process lines, ensuring flexibility in system integration. Output is digital RS485 for dependable, long-distance data transmission, fully compatible with HI510 and universal process controllers. The polymer electrolyte and double junction enhance resistance to contamination and extend operational life.
