The Hanna HI983124 Pool Line EC/TDS Tester (High Range) is a professional, handheld instrument for rapid and precise determination of Electroconductivity (EC), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and temperature in water samples from pools, spas, and hot tubs. Engineered with a waterproof, floating casing, this tester provides readings from 0.00 to 20.00 mS/cm EC and 0.00 to 10.00 ppt TDS, with outstanding ±2% of full scale accuracy. Automatic temperature compensation and selectable β coefficient ensure accurate results under varying conditions.

This unit features a replaceable amperometric graphite EC/TDS probe (HI73311) and selectable EC to TDS conversion factors (user-selectable 0.45 or 1.00), as well as a large LCD with clear stability, battery, and calibration status indicators.
With automatic single-point calibration for EC and TDS, and a battery error prevention system (BEPS) to monitor battery health, the HI983124 is engineered for uncompromised measurement reliability in demanding water treatment environments.
