Infineon TLS850B0TB33 BOARD is an LDO voltage regulator evaluation board tailored for use with TLS850B Linear Voltage Regulators and microcontrollers of the TLS850B family.
This high-performance linear voltage regulator supports 3.3 V and 5 V supplies in TO263-5 and TO252-5 packages, featuring a novel loop concept that combines rapid regulation with excellent stability, requiring just a single 1 μF ceramic capacitor at the output.
The regulator operates from an extended input voltage range starting as low as 3 V, making it highly suitable for demanding automotive applications, including scenarios with low voltage during engine cranking conditions.
