Product Description

HY Electronic Corp S1M is a general purpose Schottky diode designed for surface mount technology with a DO-214AC 2-pin package. It supports a maximum continuous forward current of 1 ampere and a peak reverse repetitive voltage of 1000 volts, making it suitable for a variety of industrial, electronic, and power management applications.

This diode features a low forward voltage drop of 1.1 volts which enhances power efficiency and minimizes heat dissipation. It operates reliably in a temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, ensuring durability in harsh operating conditions.
