Product Description

MEAN WELL HBG-100-48B is an IP67 rated, constant voltage LED driver delivering 96 watts of power at 48 volts and 2 amps output current. Designed with a circular aluminum enclosure, it is optimized for high bay and low bay LED lighting fixtures commonly used in industrial, commercial, and outdoor applications.

The driver features full potting to ensure IP67 ingress protection, allowing it to withstand harsh indoor and outdoor environments. Its excellent heat dissipation is facilitated by a tightly assembled aluminum case designed to work with heat sinks.

With an input voltage range spanning 90 to 305 VAC, the HBG-100 series includes built-in active power factor correction (PFC) and meets EN61000-3-2 Class C harmonic current limitations at 60% load. Its high efficiency up to 91.5% helps reduce energy consumption and heat generation.

For lighting control, the model supports versatile dimming operations including 1 to 10 V DC, PWM signal, and resistance dimming types, suitable for varied LED control systems. It operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -40°C up to +60°C with cooling via free air convection.

The LED driver includes comprehensive protection features such as protection against short circuit, overload, over voltage, and over temperature, ensuring long-term reliability and safety.
