Pepperl + Fuchs NMB5-18GM55-E0-FE is a threaded barrel inductive proximity sensor designed for robust and precise sensing of ferrous materials in industrial applications. With a stainless steel housing machined from solid material, it offers durability and resistance to abrasion, lubricants, grease, salt, and water.
Operating at a supply voltage of 3V and supporting NPN 3-wire DC output, this sensor has a maximum detection distance of 5 mm with a flush mount type for versatile installation options. It features an IP69K rating, providing excellent protection in harsh environments including exposure to high-pressure water jets and dust.
