Product Description

APEM AC3561 16 Key Membrane Keypad is a robust keypad solution featuring a 4x4 matrix with 16 keys, ideal for industrial automation, electrical control panels, and instrumentation. The keypad housing and actuator are finished in silver and constructed from polycarbonate material to ensure durability and ease of use.

The polycarbonate insertable legend sheets included allow full customization of key legends, enhancing flexibility for different applications. Users can insert printed or handwritten legends, catering to varied operational requirements without orientation limitations.

This membrane keypad supports membrane operation with reliable Ag contact material, ensuring excellent conductivity and long service life rated at one million mechanical cycles per key. The keypad is self-adhesive for easy mounting on any clean, flat surface, backed by a 100 mm connection lead with a female connector compatible with PCB headers.

Designed for demanding environments, it operates efficiently within a temperature range of -30°C to +55°C, conforming to ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014, BS EN 61340-5-1:2007, and RoHS standards, making it suitable for industrial and laboratory environments requiring electrostatic discharge protection and environmental compliance.
