Power Integrations TNY284KG-TL is an advanced AC/DC Converter rated for 750 mA output current and 50 V minimum output voltage presented in an 11-pin eSOP-12B surface mount package. It is ideally suited for low power applications such as PC standby power supplies, auxiliary supplies, DVD/PVR equipment, and set top box decoders.

This integrated device features a power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source and thermal shutdown circuit. The flyback topology design provides high energy efficiency with a maximum output power of 5 W and a duty cycle capped at 67%.

Operating reliably in extreme environments, the converter supports input voltage ranging from 85 V to a maximum of 265 V and can function in temperatures from -40°C up to 150°C.
