Power Integrations PFS7726H PFC Controller is a high-performance power factor correction controller utilizing a 60 kHz switching frequency embedded in a 16-pin plastic eSIP package with integrated 600 V MOSFET and diode. The device is optimized for efficiency and power factor across different load conditions, eliminating the need for external current sensing resistors which reduces overall power loss.

Designed for surface mount applications, this controller supports supply voltages ranging from 5V minimum to 12V maximum and supply currents up to 23A.
