onsemi NCV7428D15R2G is a 5-Channel System Basis Chip integrating power supplies, undervoltage detection, and a LIN bus transceiver, optimized for automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU) applications. This device supports adjustable output voltages of 5.1V and 4.9V with an output current range from 1.8mA to 70mA, ensuring versatile power management.

Designed for surface mount installation, it comes in an 8-pin SOIC package with compact dimensions of 4.98mm length, 3.99mm width, and 15.49mm height. The chip operates reliably within a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, meeting the stringent AEC-Q100 automotive standard.
