Testec TT-SI 8052 Oscilloscope Probe from the 8000 Series is an active differential probe designed for safe and accurate high voltage measurements between two voltage points without being connected to ground. It features a bandwidth of 200 MHz and supports attenuation ratios of 1:50 and 1:500, allowing precise signal measurement with a fast rise time of 1.75 ns.
This probe is compatible with grounded oscilloscopes from major manufacturers having a 1 MOhm input impedance. It can be powered via the supplied USB power cord and AC power adapter, ensuring flexible operation in various test environments.
