Built around a QFC series pyroelectric flame sensor, it offers high responsivity and noise immunity critical to reliable flame source discrimination.
With a rapid response time of 12ms and stable operation between -40°C and 85°C, this sensor copes well with harsh environments. The TO-39 metal package houses a low noise sensor element paired with an internal CMOS operational amplifier and a 10 GO feedback resistor outputting an analog voltage signal centered around half the supply voltage, facilitating accurate and stable signal acquisition.
The sensor operates on supply voltages from 2.7V up to 8V with a minimum 3-pin configuration, simplifying system integration. It offers an extended field of view near 100°, adjustable depending on the filter used, providing broad coverage for flame detection.
