Schneider Electric NSYSBM206012 PanelSeT SBM Series industrial steel wall box enclosure is designed for rugged use in industrial and commercial electrical installations. With external dimensions of 200 mm height, 600 mm width, and 120 mm depth, it offers a flat face construction with a single folded and welded steel body sheet, finished in high-quality grey polyester powder coating (RAL 7035) to ensure corrosion resistance and durability.

This Wall Box is rated IP66 according to IEC 60529, providing complete protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets, making it ideal for outdoor and industrial environments. Additionally, it meets IK10 impact resistance standards, capable of withstanding mechanical impacts equivalent to a 5 kg object dropped from 40 cm height, ensuring robust physical protection for enclosed electronics.

The enclosure door is plain, secured by six captive half-turn PZ2 threaded screws for quick and secure access. A polyurethane sealing gasket enhances environmental sealing. A welded M6 x 16 earth stud is provided to enable safe equipotential bonding of the enclosure body to earth.

Inside, the enclosure offers multiple drilled profiles (two for this size) to mount panels and DIN rails, with 12.5 mm fixing centres. The enclosure is wall-mountable either directly via the rear or using optional fixing kits. The design is optimized for quick installation using just a screwdriver.
