Souriau Sunbank by Eaton 8STA01626SN circular connector is a high-performance industrial panel mount receptacle connector with 26 female gold-plated contacts. It is designed according to MIL-DTL-38999 standards, primarily targeting motorsport and demanding industrial applications such as Formula 1, Moto GP, WRC, military UAVs, and rugged ground vehicles where size, weight, and vibration resistance are critical.
The connector features a durable aluminium alloy housing with conductive black zinc plating, offering excellent resistance against impacts, shocks (up to 300g for 3ms), and vibrations (147m/s2, 10 to 2000Hz). Its fast bayonet lock mating mechanism allows a 1/3 turn connection with an audible click, ensuring secure and quick assembly.
Rated for 7.5A current and 1000V voltage, the 8STA01626SN connector maintains stable performance within a wide temperature range from -55°C to 175°C. IP67 ingress protection ensures excellent environmental sealing against dust and water ingress up to 1 meter depth for 30 minutes, facilitated by a liquid silicone rubber grommet and seal.
