IDEM 148050 GLM-SS is a mini safety rope pull switch designed to protect conveyors up to 30 meters with one switch or 50 meters with two. It comes with a sturdy 316 stainless steel housing and is rated IP69K, ensuring resistance to high-pressure and high-temperature cleaning processes common in food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and chemical industries.

The switch includes multiple indicator types such as steady red, flashing red, LED green, and LED steady green for operational visibility. It supports both emergency stop functionality and monitoring to category 4 safety standards including EN 954-1 and PLe ISO 13849-1. With 3 or 4 pole contact configurations, it fits various control system requirements.

Featuring a reset button and an emergency stop (E-Stop) button, the device latches immediately when safety contacts open, complying with ISO13850 standards. The rugged internal sealing bellows and all stainless steel internal screws enhance longevity and hygiene through easy cleaning.

This rope pull switch operates safely within a temperature range of -25°C to 80°C and supports contact voltages of 24V DC and 240V AC with a current rating of 3A. Wiring installation is simplified using its four cable entries with M20 conduit size.
