The Sensirion SHT20-TR-1.5kS digital temperature and humidity sensor from the SHT2x series is a compact, high-quality device designed for precise environmental sensing. Featuring a 6-pin dual flat no-lead (DFN) surface mount package, it interfaces via a serial I2C digital interface compatible with a wide range of electronic control systems.

Using advanced CMOSens® technology, this sensor integrates a capacitive humidity sensor and a band-gap temperature sensor, providing highly accurate readings with ±3 °C temperature accuracy and ±3 % relative humidity accuracy. The embedded silicon chip incorporates an amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, and one-time programmable memory to ensure reliable calibration and consistent performance. Its low power consumption supports long-term use in battery-powered devices.
